Matthew 24:7 ‘For nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom, and there will be famines and earthquakes in various places.  All these are but the beginning of the birth pangs.’

 

We’re not suppose to scoff information, not suppose to sway a different perspective until it’s too late, we’re supposed to be open to reason and see God’s timing, which is usually slow.  Belief is to be sound and supported more than fluky.  Even if scientists in the past and present have tried to conclude findings against bible creation, it doesn’t mean scientific findings in general won't provide real tangible data and analysis.  They work a job like everyone else and God would surely want us to explore deeper things he made into existence.  We’re told you are guilty of sin and will ruin your body if you don’t treat it right in fear of God, it’s true we are tied to diet and the things we do to it.  We know plants don't live off emissions, we know sea levels are rising, trash is accruing.  All sorts of examples show that God’s timing is systematic.  He’s slow to anger and the process of us coming to belief and settling on things is at the growth rate of a ligament which takes time.  Pregnancy conception doesn’t just happen in one day, things playout and unfold leading up to birth pangs that occur immediately before the birth.  With the build up of man-made waste and use, we are seeing the small accrual add up and it makes more sense now, during these birth pangs immediately before what should be the end.  Technically it says we've seen the 'beginning of the birth pangs,' but the birth pangs themselves will occur much more significantly.   It takes time for things to settle in but 'be on guard.'

 

Mark 13:19 ‘For in those days there will be such tribulation as has not been from the beginning of creation that God created until now, and never will be.  And if the Lord had not cut short the days, no human being would be saved.  But for the sake of the elect, whom he chose, he shortened the days.’

 

The verse about is talking about the actual delivery, we see the beginning of birth pangs and people still think things are not at risk.  No matter how apparent and obvious interpretation is that we are living in these times, it won’t be registered by everyone

 

1 Thessalonians 5:2-4 ‘For you yourselves are fully aware that the day of the Lord will come like a thief in the night.  While people are saying, “There is peace and security,” then sudden destruction will come upon them as labor pains come upon a pregnant woman and they will not escape. But you are not in darkeness, brothers, for that day to surprise you like a thief.’

 

So people think everything is fine and dandy, and then just like you would be startled if an intruder showed up in your house unannounced, so will be the difference of birth pangs we’ve seen up to now with WWI & WWII (nation against nation and various wars and rumors of wars) and electronic broadcasting (showing frequency increases of earthquake and famines) as the actual pregnancy birth (which is the ‘sudden destruction’ major tribulations of earth crust leading to an inevitable annihilation of the human race) as the example of the thief in the night.  However to those who believe, it won’t come as a surprise as the bible says.

 

We need to remember these verses support scientific evidence and use rationalization to comprehend that any increases leading up to the end contribute into the equation and final outcome.  Heat leads to famine and fire and the first trumpet talks about fire increase across the earth.  So there isn’t much more needed to say, yes you could argue everything is mutually exclusive regarding famine and climate change using one example to moot the next; say carbon dating was very off on estimates from say a billion years estimated in 1970 to 10 million year old crust in 2007 (100 times off variance) but does that better defend the gospel?  No because enough passages support awareness of the end time signs of the return as something we need to hear and look at with a better edge because of this time demand factor.  So yes, there could be fraud motives to slight and plight Christianity from some, but there is enough evidential reasoning to not oppose findings saying heat increase is and will keep occur.  Besides the first trumpet that says a third of the earth is on fire and the grass is all burnt up, we know people will be cursing God for the scorching heat as well at the time of the vision of the end.  Plus enough ice melt pictures and data gathered on sea levels, with year after year of increases being recorded in professional settings and it seems from Pharaoh and Joseph say (25% climatic destruction boiling point) to Elijah (37%) to Revelations 11 (99%) – we got our first awareness and percentage estimates leading up to the end revealing a path to the final tribulation aware everything is on a timeline.  It takes X many years of heat at this level and this many years of slipping fragmentation of crust with X amount of frequency and magnitude change to knowing the tipping point, that apparently should be within a generation of seeing the World Wars.
